Making a last minute cancelation for a guest (at the date of check in)
I have a client who already paid for his stay online via booking. He is supposed to come today and he wants to cancel. We want to cancel the reservation for him.
I went into his reservation details & wanted to cancel from here. i got the following response: "You'll have to contact customer service to cancel this reservation. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the guest's check in date."
How am I suppose to contact them? I dont find this support anywhere!!!
