Messaging with Booking

Has anybody else faced a problem with messages to Booking.com? As to me they never answered after 2 days nor 2 weeks.. I have unpaid compensation for cancelled risk free reservation, askled why and waiting for an answer 3rd week...

I recommend you phone them and not send messages.

You may not get the outcome you expect but you will at least get an "immediate" response
