Missing Payment


We had a no show guest - *** *** - we are trying to charge the card provided but it gets refused can you please help?





This can be an issue sometimes, when there is no prepay policy enabled.

If the policy set on Rate Plan requires full or partial payment for a No Show, in most cases you wont be able to claim it.


You could try message BdC Partner Support to follow up for you.

Or if you can see a Guest  phone number try ring them or message them


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
