Missing reservation
I had a guest back in May who cancelled the reservation the same day they were set to check in. The reservation was through Priceline, which I understand is part of Booking.com. I have tried searching many different ways for the reservation but am unable to find it anywhere. The guest is trying to dispute it but without the reservation details, I have no way to know what their particular cancellation policy was. Any advice?
