Hello, dear Parners. Last night I recieved a 5 night reseration for the room witch is 7 nights minimal stay, with the price lower than I fixed in the system. Please cancell the reservation and refund the guest all money without penalty. And please explain why you charged the guest discounted price in the standart rate? I didnt agree for any discounts because I stated minamal possible price.
