Mistakenly marked credit card as invalid after charging it

If by mistake, we clicked mark credit card as invalid due to missing cvc but we charged the guests already, what should we do? Can we contact the guests to inform we charged already on Extranet so that they don’t need to take any action.

If you go to the extranet/reservations than you can search for the guests' name and contact guest via email that is given.
