Most of my no show customers are being charged for commission whereas I try a lot to mark them as *No Show* but system doesn’t accept or prompt. How I can get rid from this pain

Too many of my reserved customers doesn’t show up or check in and very next day when I try to mark them as *no show* system doesn’t prompt and I have been charged commission for these customers by booking.com. How do we can fix this issue

There is a feature in Extranet for dealing with this.

Click that link then tick the reservations to dispute and then click the button upper right.
Even if you miss the cut off time to do it you can also just use the dedicated Partner guide to message the BdC for Topic:Finance and a subtopic.
If a guest doesn’t show up for their booking and you choose to waive the fee, it’s important to mark the reservation as a no-show so you don’t get charged commission.
Marking a no-show on the Extranet is easy. Just follow these steps:
The Mark as no-show button is available for 48 hours, starting at midnight of the check-in date, then up to 48 hours (2 business days) after the check-out date.
