Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I have been in touch with the above guest who will be staying with me from 24th July. My system (Eviivo) shows no monies have been paid yet the guest has shown me copy of his 50% deposit when he made the booking and the rest which he did on 8th July. Please advise why I am not seeing that he has fully prepaid?
