Hello,

 

I have a client that needs to update his credit card but cannot find the link.  How can I help him? Can he not update it and pay with check in without loosing his booking?

Dear Mark,

There are several things that can be done here, I'll just list them and you can choose whichever suits you best:

1. The guest can log into his account and update the information there, no link is needed

2. The guest can call BDC and ask for them to update it or re-send him the link

3. You can call BDC and ask for them to get you new guest CC information

4. He can cancel the booking and re-book it with the new CC
