My Curmission needs adjustment

Dear Partner Good morning ,Hope your fine,Kindly help me with the following problems that i have, it is very urgently, -First ,i dont have a Exanet account,i cant reach booking .com financial department. -Second is regarding booking no *** *** ***.,Guest book within 30 min and he wanted to arrive on the same date without get confirmation from us,,,so i failed to confirm this booking ,1st reasons it was full booked,2reasons we don`t accept baby and they has baby with 3years, this is order from goverment,so we could`nt,,,,,,so am still wounder your coming up with curmmision charges please can you clear this.and remember that i didint receive any payment from this guest,as you know he didin t mention up payment details. -Third Booking *** -*** *** ,,their check in was 30Dec 2020,,,,,and booking has been cancelled on 14Dec 2020, there is indeed a legitimacy for you to charge,or at the moment we are working on oppression like this, I ask for accuracy in this invoice. -Forth Booking *** *** Their check in was 24Jan 2021,,,,and guest agreed to cancell their reservation on 23 Jan 2021 02:13 pm,,,,,,and this booking you have also placed a charge on our invoice. .I am requesting correction as well, I believe my request will be processed soon so that I can make a payment, Remember your payment will be delayed if you are late to help me..

If you are not a registered Property partner with a listing you can only use the public main lines in the Contact Us at bottom of every page.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
