My guest didn't come


My guest did not come. She asked check in the morning between 10 and 11 a.m. I accepted this because my apartment was empty. At 11:30 a.m. I called her and she told me she will come a little bit later. At 4:20 p.m. I wrote to her again and she didn't answer. When I put my apartment on booking I set up the check in time between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.. I wrote this because I can't receive guests after 6 p.m. Is one of my rules.

Is 8 p.m. and the guest did not call me or write to me. 

I want to notice that she did not come. She didn't respect my rules. 

I don't want to wait until midnight. I am not leaving in the city, I have family and children that 's why I set up the hours for check in. Please help me. Is not fair to wait until midnight if I put my rules for check in. 



Just message or phone BdC PartnerSupport,  let them handle it and mark as no show the morning after.


Also consider putting a keyboard either a code at the property to eliminate the issue entirely,  or a keypad lock on door, or a smart lock.
