We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



My listing has been delisted due to wrongly invoicing.

I have been in dispute regarding a booking and payment done through booking.com whereby they take the payment and commission and is supposed to pay me out. They didn't. 

After endless calls and messages. Nobody has even tried to answer me. 

with much frustration and no help. Booking.com had to put petrol on the fire and delist my listing. Which is my only means of income  

I hope this message reaches someone that will actually assist me in this regard.

Please use the visual guide link above to only get and use the Partner Support Contact number.

Speficially method 2 in it, - Extranet Partner Only


If you have already found that number, then there is no other number.


This number is different for me and you.


Your only other course of action is to use the same Extranet feature to submit a message so it gets logged as a ticket , if you have not already done so.
