Need help: Ask for advice on how to transfer commission from Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam

Hi All,

I am a newbie on booking. This is my first time sending commission to booking.com from Vietnam. I have contacted some banks such as BIDV, ACB however they said that: "They need official contract", "person can not transfer to company". Any body have experience on this please share your solution. I am really appreciated!  Thanks in advanced.
