No activity this period. Finance.

My invoice page currently says no activity 27-31 May therefore no pay out. Which is incorrect. I have had guests stay and I am owed money. Finance department as ever on continual hold. Is there another glitch in the system and us it affecting others? Totally frustrating and unprofessional. Guests have stayed. My part is done. Booking has their money and yet it says no payment due.

Should also add the reservation statement is correct. Only on hold for over an hour. Does anyone answer the phone??
