We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

No booking or guest but commission invoiced

I never got any guest ever through booking.com. What is this ghost booking/stay/invoice that i have got (for a ghost stay in november 2019)?

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able to help with an invoice query.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet. 

In the Finance icon on Extranet if you look at the invoice there will be a detailed statement which shows what the commission is based on.
