NO BOOKING.COM PAYMENT APRIL 2019

SPENT 2 HOURS YESTERDAY ON THE PHONE, NO ONE PICKED UP AND AN HOUR TODAY.

PAYMENT WAS DUE 8TH APRIL AND 21ST APRIL STILL NO EXPLANATION, NO RESPONSE OR COMMUNICATION.

BEING IN A BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP, I EXPECT BETTER COMMUNICATION.

ANSWERS NEED TO BE GIVEN.

IS BOOKING.COM IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE?

SHOULD WE BE WORRIED?

NO STAFF ON THE FINANCE PHONES IT IS A LITTLE CONCERNING?

WILL BOOKING.COM BE GOING INTO RECEIVERSHIP?

BOX STANDARD REPLY REFERRING US TO COME TO THIS FORUM DOES AND THEN NO INFORMATION IS RIDICULOUS!!!

WE WANT OUR MONEY!!!

ANYONE HEARD OR HAD ANY JOY BECAUSE I AM LOSING THE WILL TO LIVE!

I'm in the same situation. Unbelievable!! No explanation, no answers.. nothing. I've now submitted a complaint to *** as in breach of contract. Based on other departments attitude, I'm not convinced i'll get much joy though. I'm still getting bookings though.. what to do? Cancel? So angry :(

I'm in the same position. Spoke to someone eventually at Customer SErvices who couldn't do anything and they tried (whilst I was on the line) to get through to Finance number.

Like you I am concerned about their going into receivership and thinking that the press might be able to help / interested.

Getting ready to cancel future bookings or at least contact future guests to let them know of the situation.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed
