you will need to take up this issue with customer support directly via the extranet inbox or telephone call.

You can find the Partner Help - Contact Us options for Message and phone below this page.

But who are better off using the phone option.

 

Also under Admin dashboard > Finance their is a finance contact info, but its quicker to get throiugh to the normal BdC support and have them take the details for you.

Hi All , any chance someone can delete or fix this topic showing up in the Unanswered List along with the one next to it from Goodmore Hotel,

You will notice this second one has no topic clickable title on it, and not even visible via the partner's profile .

 

My I.T. OCD , which I never had before is driving me nuts, lol. 

I hate to see an unanswered topic, lol
