Wow that's strange. Did you try all their numbers? Because they have call centres across the world who always answer.
Ok try this, go to your Extranet and go to Inbox. If you scroll down, to the right there is a number. Try phoning that number. It's your area's support centre as far as I know, they ought to answer.
If not, paste the numbers you have tried phoning here on the forum so we can guide you.
