No payment from my guest



This is my first time in booking.com. 

I didn't received any payment from the last reservation (one night)... What's the point to give my account number to booking .com,  if is the guest responsability to pay?

I don´t get it... 

I tried to contact booking.com ...

Has the guest been to your place?

How is your policy, the way people pay? Have you got everything set up?

Ask someone to help you, to find out what exactly is going wrong.

Find in the search bar, what answers are given to hosts in similar situations.

It takes a bit of determination to start this journey, but once you have done it a few times, things get easier. I am still learning, but it gets better every year.

Don't panic and give up your hope.

Try to find a friend in your area, with whom you can share your technical problems. You will find that it will help you to take away many sorrows, specially in the beginning. All beginning is hard.
