No payment or reply from booking.com

Anyone experience no payment from booking.com this month. Called customer service 2x and wrote to them 2x, no money was received however commission was taken on 6 jan 2019. Remittance slip received 7 Jan 2019, can anyone tell me whats going on. And now i have not getting enough guest booking my sites. Business is deterioting and payment not received.

I feel like I want to take my property off from bookings.com. Terrible service since day 1. No payout as per their agreement on the 15th of the month. After trying to get hold of them for nearly 24 hours, the call center cannot transfer me to the "relevant" department even though there is an option for payouts and commission.

Very conveniently they are sitting with the "whole worlds" money and let it draw commission so that they can make extra money out of us while we have to spend our days trying to figure out why we are not getting money that is owed to us.

Please let me know if you receive any relevant feedback.

Instead of taking out your property listing, try stopping guest payment to booking.com.

Called booking.com to cancel and opt out the payment by guest facilities to booking.com also need to wait.

I’m also still waiting. Left messages on Facebook and still nothing. I’m also thinking I should cancel my upcoming bookings. I can’t work like this. They can definitely learn a thing or 2 from Airbnb!

Are you from Australia,? Shall we make a complaint to Fair Trading? They replied 1.1.19 bank in but how can they pay before 15.1 19. I have not got any payment this month!

I'm from South Africa... I think someone should do something to give them a go. The worst of all is that they make it so difficult to contact them and the guys in the call center are so sarcastic.

I don't trust what they say. Why would they make payment on the 1st if the set date on their contract shows the 15th? Doesn't matter they should've send some sort of notification to show that the payment was made.

I did receive the notification on the 7th but no money is in. I checked everyday after the 7th until now the 18th. There is no way to contact the finance. Have to wait 3 days for them to reply. I just wonder how many victims got into this.

Do you know if there is any documents I need to sign from bookings.com to receive money in another country like you do with Airbnb?

I am so frustrated this is the 1st payout I receive from booking.com...

Still waiting for my money....

No payment as of today, very disappointing, i was paid the first payout without needing to fill up forms and nothing this time.

Do you have any upcoming bookings that you are going to cancel or will you just wait it out? If you are going to cancel, how do you do this since you cant just cancel bookings with them...?

I don't want to wait another month for payouts and I have several upcoming bookings from them?

I have not received payment for January 2019 bookings which was due on 15/02/2019. I have contacted help centre and they are least knowledgeable people and every time you talk tonthem they ask you to wait for another 2 days. But booking.com is vey quick to colllect their own commission. I am thinking of stopping payments by booking.com.

They taking 15% commission and this is the service we get. Its better to not let them take your payment on your behalf.

I own a portfolio of highly rated properties all run through Booking.com with different occupancy levels and rates, Booking.com invoiced their April commission o the 3rd May, paid two rather small amounts (our properties we`re 90% occupancy through other OTA`s) but a substantial payment from BCD about $1,500 has not been paid by BCD, I called and messaged support on the 12th when the smaller payments we`re made and was advised it would be paid on the 15th as per our agreement, I was informed by other owners they regularly receive very late payments from BCD so I again both called and messaged support on the 14th who again stated payment would be made on the 15th and not to be too concerned!! I messaged and called again on the 15th and the payment had not been made and surprise no response at all from BCD, nothing on 16th so again I messaged on the 17th and was mortified with the email reply to say BCD had tried to make the payment but it was declined by my bank (My Goodness) Support will investigate and report back asap, 18th still no response, I spoke with the bank and this is completely untrue from BCD no record of a declined receipt from BCD and we have not changed our account in over 30 years, BCD make payments to the same account for the past 15 months so any error must surely be on their part! 18th as yet no payment and no communication from BCD. The level of service is deteriorating and will almost certainly effect BCD business reputation for the future unless the chief Exec get`s a grip, integrity goes a long way in business and i`m sure this can be made right and any inconvenience should be recompensed. I do hope BCD read and respond to this message.

I am in the same position this month. Up till now all payments have been made to me on about the 11th of every month but nothing this month at all. The 1st time I managed to speak with someone they said it will be in your account in a few days and the next time (17th) they said the same thing that my payment has been rejected! I really don't buy this at all as there has never been any other problems before and the payment went through fine on another property. Also I called my bank and no record of any payment trying to come through. Messages through the extranet have been ignored even though the guy I spoke to today promised he would get the finance team to call me or send me a message... but nothing.. no messages and NO MONEY! The only reason I succeeded in getting through on the telephone by the way was on my wife's phone as they didn't recognise her number. I was waiting for 40 mins before on my phone with no answer. I wonder why they're trying to ignore me.

Totally fed up and disillusioned with this company. Very disappointed actually. It's bad enough to not be paid but with such pitiful communication I can't believe they are getting away with it. At the moment bookings are split roughly 50/50 with Airbnb. I think I will raise my prices with booking.com and reduce slightly on airbnb as cashflow is so much better on airbnb.

Tomorrow (21st) I'm going to raise this with the financial Ombudsman

I was finally paid this morning (24th) after receiving an email on Wednesday. I think communication could greatly be improved as be paid 2 weeks late is bad enough but not having any explanation or message makes the frustration much worse.
