Most guest's come to hotel thinks they will only pay if they stay. So what about our cancellation policy? Guest hates it when hotel pre-authorize their credit card. This wording needs to be fixed as hotel staff is already dealing with fake reservations coming from We have to spend so much time just to keep up with reservation.

Hotel has never said we will only charge guest if they come. All arguments with guest is resulting in negative reviews for hotel. Small hotel like ours depends on every single reservation. Hotel needs to sell on busy weekends but all this wordings from making it more complicated.
