No payout for June 2018. No replies from any department after multiple attempts
Is anyone else experiencing issues with being paid by booking.com this month(June2018) ? My bank details are correct and have received payments in the past without problem. I have attempted calling, emailing the financing department and senior customer service executives but have received no replies. I'm owed hundreds of euros from booking.com but all I get is reminders that my commission is overdue (the commission is automatically taken from the payout).
Any answer would be appreciated.
