No reply from Booking.com
In September I was overcharged commission - the correct commission plus another €170- and since then I have written 7 messages, made 5 phone calls to my local office and filed a complaint as directed by the extranet. I have received no answers, and on top of that, it now says that I owe the correct commission for the same booking. Does anyone have a contact number or channel I can use to get a reply?

Erm what humour, there's none!
All I did was copy paste the notice that most are somehow not seeing when they load the hub page.
Whats even more strange about it, its on multiple pages and they still not read it.

You have now made some incomprehensible changes to the accounting on my extranet with the result that I now seem to owe €403... Do you not even have the courtesy to ring me and sort this mess out?
Cornelis, how do you not see the beige notice box on top of the main pages, announcing the tech issue with finance info pages had an issue, that covers your misinformation.
Goto the main partner community page and it should be on top page
It cannot close unless you click on X to close the announcement, or did you already close it by mistake
The copy and paste notice says that you have resolved a claim that is entirely independent of the money I was charged for another booking - it is virtually impossible to understand what has been going on, but the bottom line is that my Finance now says I owe €403, which is the main problem here. It would be nice if someone could clear things up for me...
