No reply from guests regarding house rules and extra charges for pets

Hi, After receiving reservation, I have tried to communicate with the guests in the last 24 hours via Booking messages and reminder sent over SMS, but haven't received no reply from the guests.

It si important from me to communicate house rules and extra charges for pets beforehand, in order to avoid problems.

Can I ask Booking to intervene here, e.g. by calling guests in their native language (German), before I cancel the reservation to avoid risky behaviour.




Put it into auto message upon new booking.

Still no guarantee they read. So put a printed copy in room, google Translate is handy for this.
