We made booking for ITB and due to cancellation of the event on consideration of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to cancel the same. Furthermore the cancellation was done prior to the arrival date, we have made several phone calls and sent email asking for a refund on the same, but so far from booking.com or the hotel in Berlin haven't replied. Please advise on the same and find the booking ID below.
