I am confused about a reservation we had. We are new to booking.com. Someone booked our cottage, they never responded to text or email I sent them with check in and arrival info. Then they never showed up. So i put them in a s a no show. Do we still get paid? If not then I don't think booking.com is for us. Our cottage stays pretty full and we can't have dates blocked out, then a no show and not get paid. PLease Help.
