No show

Hola estimada gente de booking, la reserva número *** de *** para entrar el 7/2 no se concretó, no se comunicó ni canceló, por lo que la denuncié como No Show. Mi política de cancelación dice que si no se presenta o cancela en 14 días previos a la reserva me acreditan el 100% del monto, esto serían u$ 210. Cuál es la gestión para cobrarla y en qué plazo se me abona? Es posible que se me gire por western unión?

I don't understand the question, since this is English only, 

but I guess it is about persons not showing up and not paying? 

Did you mark the person as a " No Show" ? you can find if you click on their reservation number. on the right side of the page in the extranet.
