No show

How to charge no show?  I had two no show reservations on 1st and 2nd june.  I marked them as a no show and that i want to charge them.  What is the next step?

This is a common question and misconception.



Because if you do not enforce prepayment there is no way to collect a cancel policy fee, at best you can use the mark as No show m then click Report Guest, for failure to pay the fee due, and mark them as blocked for future bookings.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
