Hello, The guest did not show up. They booked 14 days and I denied all other reservations from other websites for those days. Unfortunately they did not show up I lost those days and I can not get refund. Did anyone had such experience?
common when you dont have a prepay policy.

Thank you for your reply. I contacted support and In my region its impossible to insure such kind situation. Its very bad.
best cure is to make them prepay and when the time limit expires and they have not, click Request Cancel and then option 1.
add the process into the New Reservation Template with a time limit.
In my region prepayment is not available.
yes it is , it has nothing to do with BdC, sign up for 3rd party services for prepayment,
e.g. your own bank details is a 3rd party method! think!!
