No show

I've had 3 NO SHOWS in a row after the first was Cancelled and luckily the Cancelled one decided to contact me and I picked him up the very next Day to assist with another of my properties for a cheaper rate... But the No Show without Credit Card Details I need help with from Booking.Com to release that claim to us.

The guest did not appear, but the problem was that he held a reservation from three months, so my property was not available for all this time, this is unacceptable.
