I received a remittance advice for June for over €1200, which was to be paid in MId-July. I never received the money.
I sent a message 5 August and 15 August, but never received any reply.
I then had a long chat with Amy, who promised to help. Today I received a reply telling me to go online for answers!
So, it looks like Booking.com has stolen my money. What I find really distressing is their scant regard for my distress.
