NON PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM FOR A GUEST THAT THEY RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT FROM

I had guests stay in my accommodation in October. They paid in full to boking.com in February 2010! and I have NOT received my payment of £311 from booking.com. And now I have had an invoice stating that I owe booking.com £33? They collect all payments from my guests and take there commission before paying me anything out.  I have sent numerous messages to them since October and not had the decency of a reply. Normally I receive the payment within days of the guests leaving. Help please as I am getting nowhere with Booking.com Thank you
