Non payment of bookings since January 2020 to present day
We have been trying to contact Booking.com Finance dept since January. We have sent emails, tried to telephone and even though we get through to an agent no one person has been able to successfully get through to the Finance dept to find out why we have not been paid.
My partner and I are extremely frustrated that we have honoured all our bookings and not been paid. The sum of 4,000 euros is outstanding.
If you do not receive some positive news we shall need to go down the legal route.
I would therefore be most grateful if you contact *** *** on *** asap to give us some idea of what is happening.
