Non Payment by Guest for stay
One of my guests advised that they had already paid booking.com when making their reservation. Hence I accepted this.
This happened when I first opened my account with you.
I did contact your help department for advise and they advised that I should handle this comment when I received my invoice.
This I am now doing and ask of you could in any way assist by getting this money for me from their credit card details you already have. - I think that this is were the confusion may have come from -
