Non-payment - has anyone else struggled to get paid by Booking.com?

Since May, I have not received a single penny for reservations that I have hosted during the Spring and Summer. 

Booking.com finance are conveniently extremely hard to get hold of. Most of the customer service agents have been helpful, have apparently escalated my query/complaint to the right department but never seem to get anywhere.

Does anyone have any advise on how to pursue this, or perhaps where or to whom I can write to?

As you have already opened ticket with support to chase finance dept,  simply wait

Thanks BrookAve. It did actually occur to me that I can "simply wait", but as I am sure you can imagine, 4 months of reservations has accumulated to a significant amount of money that is critical in this current climate. It's also not acceptable to take months to resolve a query.

Ultimately, Booking.com have taken payment from my guests and then not paid me. So, respectfully, "simply waiting" is not an acceptable option.

Indeed, but nothing you post hear will be seen by anyone  but partners, so keep after them, message and phone weekly.

I'm facing the same exact situation waiting for payments since the 3rd of September, the Financial Dep. has not read the ticket since the 24th of September that when i sent my first request over the phone! Their Financial Dept. number does not anwser any calls it drops after 1h of waiting on the "Music on Hold"

That's useful to know - I'm having the exact same situation. So I was calling Booking.com almost on a daily basis. I eventually got a call back from someone that had handled my query before, claiming that Finance had responded to my ticket and said that my bank had rejected the payment. They then asked me to re-update my bank details. I suspected this was ***. I called my bank, they categorically denied any payment having been attempted nor had they denied any payments. I also updated my bank details and saw that the 'next payment date' would be 22nd October. Low and behold, nothing has been paid.

I am told that this entire situation has been escalated to an actual manager at Booking.com. No idea who that is, nor have I spoken to anyone of that title. 

I've also read online that others are facing the same issue and have only managed to get paid by constantly badgering Booking.com, for a long time. 

If I get anywhere, I will update you to see if it helps.
