Non-payment to owners

Hi all, booking.com has not paid us for 6 or our listings from March 202. Its now a month later and we have had no contact abourt it. Does anyone else have a similar issue or had them in the past? I've had listings here for a yearand this is not the first delay I've seen. Any advice??

I could review and scrutinise all the pdf and invoice veiws under finance menu to make sure they are actually valid for payout.

 

It could be you are assuming some are when in fact they are refunded by BdC.

 

Definitely worth taking the time to check that out, then message them via Inbox >booking messages, click right pane to reveal options.
