None payment by booking.com

Our agreement with BDC is we are payed on or before the 15th of the month.
It is now 16th and no payment.
I have spoken to them and they have no direct access to their credit control dept.
and can only email them and hopefully get back in a couple of days.

I have been waiting for payment by booking.com. I have checked my bank accounts and nothing received. Booking.com say it was paid on 8th May. This is not the case. Booking.com have been very unhelpful and now say that the financial department will contact me in 2-4 days which is unacceptable. I have not been paid either and the excuse I was given was that some banks have returned money. I have been trying to speak to someone for nearly 2 hours - after 1 hour I got cut off. I'm not even sure if anyone is there. I am seriously thinking of taking my property off Booking.com - I haven't got time to waste like this.

Same as us, booking.com said they paid in on the 8th but nothing has showed. They tried telling us it was our banks responsibility to sort out, not true. They tried telling us there were no problems, not true. They tried telling us they would call back, almost always not true. Getting angry now

My post is I think the first one.
It's not fair when you run a small business and you have people to pay and you are up against probably a billion pound company and they cannot pre empt any problems and just let you know what is happening.
I must admit if it gets to Tuesday and there is no payment I will be very concerned and will have to look at how to handle future bookings.

This is the number I was calling on Friday without any luck. I'm currently trying it again. fingers crossed this time. It is so frustrating. I did have a message from my bank, Nationwide about some updates they were doing and they said if any money was sent they would be contacting the sender and telling them to send payment later. This was over the weekend. I wonder if it could've happened on the 8th? Is anyone else with Nationwide? I normally don't take notice of the updating Nationwide does - be it seems to be doing a lot at the moment. Still doesn't help the situation. I just want to know when I will get the money.

Hopefully we will get somewhere today.

I'm wondering if it could've been returned then? I will call the Nationwide once I get off the phone to booking.com to ask when they were doing maintenance on the 8th. I've been on the phone for an hour now listening to that message. I don't want to hang up!!!

I've been cut off from Booking.com after waiting for an hour. This also happened on Friday. I've spoken to Nationwide and they said they do maintenance on a weekend so it wouldn't have been on the 8th May.

The finance department is seemingly in Singapore and they are on holiday today so don't waste your time trying to contact anyone about this problem. I am furious.

I bank with Barclays and having all the above problems. Is having a massive impact on my family finances. non payment of council tax and more problems to come if this isnt sorted. I am glad there are others in the same boat. Please keep intouch if anyone gets sorted
