Not able to send attachment

hi, i made payments for booking.com commission , but i am not able to attach screen shots as proof of payments in. When i click on attachment button it is not going to gallery. I m annoyed with booking.com communication process.
I sent transaction details i.e. id. I got reply from them to send proof in their reply. But i found no "Reply" option or button in their msg.

If you save your info in a file (and you know where to look) as document, or picture, then you can attach it by clicking beside your photo in this department where you wrote your question.

You should be able to attach that way.

Otherwise, write again.
