Not been paid

Hi, I've not been paid for the whole of July and I can't get through to finance team. In payout info it says payment on hold due to unpaid invoices but customer services have checked and double checked and I have no unpaid invoices. I've emailed and messaged over 2 weeks ago now but still nothing. Getting very concerned now as I need to be paid in July or I'll lose several hundreds of pounds from a rent clause.

I've now spent over 7 hours on hold at different times over the past week. When it gets to an hour it goes quiet - music stops playing.
