NOT BEING PAID BY BOOKING.COM
I would like to warn fellow hosts that booking.com have not paid us for stays by guests for the period August to October 2020. we have repeated chased them for our money - apparently its a software glitch!!! YEAH RIGHT!!! they owe us £3600 and are now not answering our messages or dealing with our emails.
we have been more than patient, but this is ridiculous now, we are a small UK effected by COVID business and need our money to survive. All we get from booking.com staff is "we understand" but do absolutly nothing to fix the issue.
