not getting paid from booking

After 2 months of not been paid by booking.com
This has become extremely frustrating to me this morning I spoke to a lady in the financial department who was either too lazy to look into my file or her customer service is extremely poor, she asked me to ask my bank to give me a letter saying that they haven't received the money, first of all, Booking.com as a sender should be chassing the money not my bank, second I have already provided booking with my bank statements but the lady said this was not enough , well I don't know how my bank statements can't be enough , I have been to my bank, of course they will not provide with a letter as everyone knows bank statements are more than approve of money coming into the account. they have now stamp my bank statements as better prove. Please find the following attached. Now I asked to passed my case to the higher person in the financial department so this can be resolved or I am going to have to take some legal action as this delated has cost me extra interest in my mortgage payment.
