Not getting paid by booking.com

Hello! Are there other apartment owners not getting paid by booking.com for July 2019? We are being owed over 700GBP and there is no answer or explanation from booking.com. Do you advise keeping existing reservations on this platform or cancelling and using airbnb, expedia, etc to fill in the dates? It is extremely unprofessional on booking.com's part...

I am waiting for a similar amount outstanding since June, no replies from extranet messages or phone calls. We have been using airbnb since and the difference is staggering. Airbnb make the payment the day the guest checks in.3 months of bookings hassle fee.
