Not getting paid for my property for 2 months

Just wondering if someone have the problem with me. I receive so many bookings but havent got paid any penny. I have to update my bank details 3 2 times and still keep sayong bank error. Why? I updated the right one. At least reponse my emails so i know exactly what to do. I dont know who to call. I dont how to get in touch with the finance office. Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi Rosemarie,

 

Partners cannot assist with this type of issue.

 

You have already been told on your other post, that you  must message or phone BdC Partner Support

and you were given this same steps and info on how to do it.

 


Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

If you cannot do this , then consider removing your listing and use another OTA.

 

How To Terminate

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Terminate
  6. Then confirm terminate and follow the process on screen
