Not getting VAT deducted from invoices

My VAT number is setup in my account however when I receive my invoices, I do not get any details on the amount of VAT that was payed out.

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right


Ps: did you actually set your VAT status and number into: VAT/Tax/Charges (
