not paid for 6 weeks
Booking.com owe me over £2000 for a booking 9th Feb and 17th Feb, they are saying my bank details are wrong, they are not and i cant get through on the phone 01223 381011 - no one replies and after an hour you are cut off. I have now written to the NL address in Amsterdam as I dont have a fax !
Is this lack of customer service normal? Even before the CVirus kicked in I was trying to sort this and no one rings back when they say they will
Can someone advise please? As soon as I am paid i am leaving the platform, its a disgrace
