Not paid but Booking.com claim to actioned payment and Invoiced for commission for a cancellation due to COVID-19
Not being paid due cancellation for Covid-19 and have received an invoice to pay commission and not received payment supposedly done 1st week April. Not in my account and have no idea after screen after screen how to contact to tell booking.com this!!!
