i am Violeta Repcenko 

mane I have not been payed by booking after 10 days when my client left . Is there any problem pls ?

Depends on your payment terms with booking.com.  Go into Finance, Gettting paid and see when you payment date is.  Lots of properties only get paid once a month.

Ok so theres the 1% chance you have not actually setup any thing for payments, and it defaults to Guest pays you directly on arrival.

 

Or you see a BdC issued VCC in the reservation details page?

 

Or you did in fact sign up for Payments by Booking, and all rates are prepaid, to BdC on your behalf. PbB is paid out now weekly on Thursdays for all check outs that occured in the last 6-7 days.
