Not paying an invoice
Hi there.
i have just been invoiced for a stay that a guest requested I cancel due to covid 19. The guest asked to cancel the stay and I have just been invoiced for their stay, even though it didn’t happen. I had no guests stay at my villla in the period of march. The booking was under the name of *** ***, please can you remove this invoice?
