Not received payment

i have not received payment for *** *** booking ref: ***
she stayed with us from the 10th-13th Aug. I have called about this 4 times to which I have just sat on the phone for 58mins only to be cut off! I have also e-mailed you 3 (this being the 4th) and I have never once had a reply in any shape or form. I am so unhappy about the service from yourselves. Please look in to it as I want to get my end of season accounts sorted out.
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this but do sympathise as this sounds terrible.
