We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Not receiving mail to confirm rental location

Hi everyone, does someone know how can I found out when I'm going to receive mail with code that I'm going to use to confirm the location of my rental. For over 7 months I'm requesting and not receiving, it's my 5th time. Thanks.

There is no tracking on the postal letter as far as I know for my region.

When did you complete sign up , date?

 

oh I see  7 months, and did you not speak to BdC at all?

 

If you have Extranet access and can see menus for Rates & Availability etc then you also have Inbox menu.

 

use the guide in the first link below to message or phone directly.

 

If you do not have access to that then you only choice is , go back to original emails form the sign up look for a contact us link or email/ phone number and use that.

Hi BrookAve,

Thank you for your replay. No, I haven't spoken to BdC, because my country doesn't have a mainline. It's Serbia, that's strange, renting business is booming. No luck finding email also. I have tried everything you sad.
